In the event of lightning or extreme weather, certain outdoor attractions may pause temporarily for safety, but no refunds or ticket extensions will be provided. -Third-Party Bookings: If you booked through a travel agent or external platform (like Klook or Traveloka), all cancellation requests must be handled through that specific provider according to their individual terms.

-Facial Recognition Entry: ESCAPE Penang uses a facial recognition system. After booking, all guests must upload a selfie via the link provided in the confirmation email before arriving at the park. -Proof of Identification: All guests (Malaysians and International) must present a valid government-issued photo ID (IC or Passport) for verification at the entrance. -Supervision: Children aged 12 and below must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times. -Dress Code (Strictly Enforced): -Adventureplay (Dry): Closed-toe sports shoes/sneakers are mandatory. Sandals, flip-flops, or crocs are not allowed for safety on rope courses. -Waterplay (Wet): Proper swimwear only (Lycra/Nylon). Cotton t-shirts and jeans are prohibited on water slides. -Health & Safety: Certain attractions have height, weight, and physical fitness requirements. The park is not recommended for pregnant women or guests with heart conditions or physical disabilities. -Prohibited Items: Outside food, drinks, and glassware are not permitted inside the park.
