Terms & Conditions

Hajj places depend on the quota and visas issued by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia. Each pilgrim must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months from the return date, and the meningococcal ACYW vaccination certificate. Ladies under 45 travel with a mahram as Saudi rules require. The itinerary follows the Islamic calendar: if the Ministry announces 1 Zulhijjah a day earlier or later, the Mina and Arafah days move with it.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit of RM 10,000 is refundable in full if the Hajj visa is not issued. Cancellation by the pilgrim: more than 90 days before departure, RM 3,000 is kept; 90–45 days, 50% of the package; fewer than 45 days or after the Masyair package is paid to the Ministry, no refund.
